1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and hpjoy ("hpjoy," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the hpjoy online casino platform accessible at hpjoy.cam (the "Website") and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). 2.2 Account Creation

You may register only one (1) account with hpjoy. Multiple accounts registered by the same person are strictly prohibited. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other account credentials. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify hpjoy immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. hpjoy will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

2.4 Account Verification

hpjoy operates under strict know-your-customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations mandated by PAGCOR. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested by hpjoy to verify your identity, age, residency, payment method ownership, and source of funds. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, postal ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions, including suspension of deposits and withdrawals, or account closure.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposit Terms

You may fund your hpjoy account using any payment method supported by the platform, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), and cryptocurrency where available. All deposits must be made from a payment source registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the Website. hpjoy reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit at its sole discretion, particularly where fraud or suspicious activity is suspected.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

You may request withdrawal of available funds in your account at any time, subject to these Terms. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit, or to an alternative method verified by hpjoy. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: e-wallets (GCash, PayMaya) typically process within 5-15 minutes during business hours; bank transfers typically process within 1-3 business days. hpjoy reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Accounts with pending verification requests will experience delayed withdrawal processing.

3.3 Wagering Requirements on Deposits

To prevent money laundering, all deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time (1x turnover requirement) before withdrawal is permitted, unless withdrawal is requested within 24 hours of deposit and no gaming activity has occurred. Bonus funds and promotional winnings are subject to separate wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

3.4 Fees and Currency

hpjoy does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank, e-wallet, cryptocurrency network) may impose its own transaction fees, which are beyond hpjoy's control. All transactions on hpjoy are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Currency conversion, where applicable, is performed by your payment provider at their prevailing exchange rates.

3.5 Inactive Account Fee

Accounts with a balance that remain inactive (no login, no gameplay) for twelve (12) consecutive months will be subject to a monthly administrative fee of ₱500 or 10% of the remaining balance, whichever is lower, until the balance reaches zero. hpjoy will provide notice before assessing such fees where possible. To avoid inactivity fees, simply log in to your account periodically.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Rewards

4.1 Bonus Terms

hpjoy may offer various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards ("Bonuses") from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Bonus terms are published on the Website and incorporated into these Terms by reference. It is your responsibility to read and understand all applicable Bonus terms before accepting any offer.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Players found engaging in Bonus abuse will have all Bonuses and related winnings forfeited and may face permanent account termination.

4.4 Modification and Cancellation

hpjoy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. hpjoy further reserves the right to exclude any player from any Bonus or promotion at its sole discretion.

5. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

5.1 Fair Play

All games offered by hpjoy use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical gaming equipment operated by professional dealers. Game outcomes are determined randomly and fairly. Any attempt to manipulate, interfere with, or cheat the games is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action:

5.3 Game Rules

Each game available on hpjoy has its own specific rules, paytables, and Return to Player (RTP) percentages. Game rules are accessible within each game or in the game information section of the Website. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before playing. In the event of any conflict between game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

5.4 Malfunction Voids All Pays and Plays

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical issue, all affected bets and payouts are void. hpjoy will refund the stake of any void bet to the player's account. Players should report any suspected malfunctions immediately to hpjoy customer support.

6. Responsible Gaming

8. Intellectual Property

hpjoy is not liable for any losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

10. Disputes and Complaints

10.1 Internal Complaint Process

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Suspension by hpjoy

hpjoy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe in our sole discretion that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason that protects the integrity of the Services or other players. Reasons for account suspension or termination include but are not limited to: providing false information, creating multiple accounts, Bonus abuse, use of fraudulent payment methods, money laundering, collusion, use of automated betting systems, or any other prohibited activity outlined in these Terms.

11.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance in your account may be forfeited, and you will have no claim against hpjoy for the forfeited funds. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance will be returned to you following standard withdrawal procedures, subject to completion of any pending verification processes.

11.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. hpjoy is not responsible for maintaining account balances after closure. Any unclaimed funds remaining in closed accounts for more than twelve (12) months may be forfeited.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and hpjoy regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and hpjoy.

12.4 No Waiver

hpjoy's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver of any breach of these Terms shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.

12.5 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account to any third party without hpjoy's prior written consent. hpjoy may assign or transfer these Terms or any of its rights or obligations hereunder without your consent.
